Hillside Ridge is a community of 30 town homes located in Springfield, VA, built between 1970 and 1972.  If you are a resident or a future resident of the Hillside Ridge Community then we welcome you to our website. The resident information tab is filled with useful information about home maintenance, trash pickup, and has contact information for the HOA board and other public services. There, you will also find the minutes from our board meetings, as well as our bylaws and architectural guidelines and applications. Helpful announcements and reminders will be sent out through our online newsletter the Ridge Runner.
